Information about developments (prices, availability, floor plans, delivery dates and images) is indicative, comes from the developers and may change without notice. It is not a binding offer: the valid terms are those in the developer's contract.
The design and texts of this website belong to its owner. Images of developments belong to their developers and are used with their permission. They may not be copied without authorisation.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute will be heard by the courts of your place of residence.

What data and why: the details you send through the form or by phone, WhatsApp or email (name, phone, country, type of home, budget, timing and the ad you came from) are used to answer your enquiry and to send you information about developments that fit what you are looking for. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who receives them: I only pass your details to the developers I work with when you authorise it. To run this website I use providers who process data on my behalf: Hostinger (hosting), FormSubmit (form delivery), Google (email, and Analytics and Ads if you accept cookies) and Meta (WhatsApp, and the Meta Pixel if you accept cookies). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
How long: I keep your details while we are in contact and for up to 2 years after the last contact, unless you ask me to delete them sooner.
Your rights: you can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to findhomemarbella@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with my answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookie policy
Without asking, this website only stores in your browser what it needs to work: your language (fhm_l), your cookie choice (fhm_ck), a note that the old version of this website has been cleared from your browser (fhm_clean) and, during your visit, the ad you came from (fhm_src), so that it is included in your enquiry.
